Do I need to book offloading in advance?+
Yes, please book ahead. Letting us know in advance means we can have a slot and the right amount of storage space ready for when your container arrives.
Do you check for damage or shortages during offloading?+
Yes. As your container is devanned, goods are counted and condition-checked against your paperwork.
Can offloaded goods go straight into storage?+
Yes — once devanned and checked, goods can be moved straight into our pallet storage, ready to be picked and dispatched whenever you need them.
Do you handle loose-loaded (floor-loaded) containers as well as palletised ones?+
Yes, both. The £60 flat fee covers palletised containers. Loose-loaded (floor-loaded) containers take considerably more time and labour to devan and re-palletise, so those are quoted individually — get in touch with your container details and we'll confirm a price.
What if I only have a part-container (LCL) shipment?+
That's fine — we can still offload and handle your share of a part-load or shared container. Get in touch with the details of your shipment and we'll confirm how best to handle it.
