Storage & Pricing
How much does pallet storage cost?
Standard pallet storage starts from £2.75 per pallet per week, with a volume rate of £2.50/week for 30+ pallets, and negotiable rates for 50+ pallets with a minimum commitment. No long-term contract required.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Our published rates apply with no minimum contract period.
Where is your warehouse based?
11 Euston Street, Leicester LE2 7ST — the Freemans Common / Oakhill Trading Estate area, close to Leicester city centre and the railway station.
Dispatch & Carriers
What's your same-day dispatch cutoff?
2pm for standard orders. Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime orders have a 4pm cutoff, with Saturday dispatch also covered.
Which carriers do you use?
20+ UK and international carriers, including DPD, Evri, Royal Mail and DHL — not limited to a single network's coverage or pricing.
Do you dispatch on weekends?
Yes — we cover Saturday dispatch to support Amazon Prime delivery promises.
Marketplaces & Systems
Which platforms do you integrate with?
45+ channels via our Linnworks warehouse management system, including Amazon, Shopify, eBay and TikTok Shop as our core active channels.
Do you hold Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime status?
Yes — continuously for 5 years, with 100% of orders labelled through Amazon's own Buy Shipping system.
Do you already integrate with TikTok Shop?
Yes, including support for order spikes from TikTok Live sessions.

Within 1 hour during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm).
