Pricing FAQs
Are there any setup fees?+
No. There are no setup fees and no minimum contract term — you can start with a single pallet and scale up as needed.
Do prices include VAT?+
Prices shown exclude VAT where applicable. Your quote will always show the full breakdown before you commit.
Does the £60 container offloading fee cover any type of container?+
The £60 flat fee covers palletised containers only. Loose-loaded (floor-loaded) containers take considerably more time and labour to devan and re-palletise, so those are quoted individually — see our container offloading page for details.
What counts as an oversized pallet?+
Pallets over 1.8m high (up to a 2.0m maximum), or with overhanging, bulging, odd-sized or poorly wrapped loads, are charged at £3.75 per pallet per week instead of the standard rate. We accept UK standard (1200 × 1000mm) and Euro (1200 × 800mm) pallets. Let us know your pallet dimensions when requesting a quote and we'll confirm.
Do you offer lower rates for 50+ pallets?+
Yes. For 50 or more pallets with a minimum storage commitment, rates are negotiable. Tell us your pallet numbers and expected duration and we'll quote within one hour.
How is Pick & Dispatch priced?+
Pick & Dispatch pricing depends on your order volumes, item types and packaging requirements, so we quote it individually. Request a quote here.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. We don't require long-term contracts, so you can scale down or end storage with us whenever it suits your business.
