Is there a minimum contract length?+
No. Our pallet storage is rolling, with no minimum contract — you can cancel at any time.
What's the difference between standard and volume pricing?+
Standard pallet storage is £2.75 per pallet per week. If you're storing 30 or more pallets, you qualify for our volume rate of £2.50 per pallet per week. For 50+ pallets with a minimum commitment, rates are negotiable. See the full rate card on our pricing page.
Do you handle oversized pallets?+
Yes. Pallets over 1.8m high (up to a 2.0m maximum), or with overhanging, bulging, odd-sized or poorly wrapped loads, are charged at £3.75 per pallet per week instead of the standard rate.
How secure is the storage?+
Your pallets are held within our managed Leicester warehouse facility, with staff on site to check goods in and out and keep track of what's stored where.
Can I mix short-term and long-term pallets?+
Yes, you can hold a mix of short-term and long-term pallets at the same time under the same account.
