1. Storage Services

Leicester Pallet Storage provides pallet storage, overflow warehouse space, goods handling and related logistics services for commercial customers.

Services may include pallet storage, goods in/out handling, unloading assistance and temporary or long-term warehouse storage arrangements.

2. Storage Charges

Storage charges are agreed based on pallet quantities, storage duration and operational requirements.

All invoices must be paid in accordance with agreed payment terms. Leicester Pallet Storage reserves the right to suspend services or withhold goods release where outstanding balances remain unpaid.

3. Prohibited Goods

Customers must not store hazardous materials, illegal goods, flammable substances, explosives, perishable goods or any materials requiring specialist storage unless agreed in writing beforehand.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring all pallets and goods are properly packaged, labelled and suitable for storage and handling.

Leicester Pallet Storage accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies in stock information supplied by customers.

5. Liability

Goods are stored at the customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are strongly advised to maintain adequate insurance cover for all stored goods.

Leicester Pallet Storage shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or business losses arising from storage or logistics services.

6. Deliveries & Collections

Deliveries and collections must be arranged in advance wherever reasonably possible.

Failed deliveries, delayed collections or exceptional handling requirements may incur additional charges.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Leicester Pallet Storage reserves the right to update these terms periodically without prior notice.
